Interested in joining the AVATAR Affiliate Program? Avatar Holdings, Inc. is pleased to offer the Affiliate Program to active real estate brokers and their agents with a current license. The purpose of the program is to achieve mutual enhanced visibility for our respective organizations by establishing reciprocal website links between our community websites and the websites of the Realtors who are approved Affiliate Program participants. As an approved Affiliate Program participant, you will have access to the following information and material for use on your office(s) website(s):  -Descriptions for each Avatar community.
-Photographs to illustrate each community. -Community badge & banner link art. You will also periodically receive e-mail notices of community events, promotions and incentives specifically created for Affiliate Program participants. Visitors to Avatar community websites will be able to search for, access the websites of and contact approved Affiliate Program realtors to help the consumer choose which community best suits their needs and help them buy a home.  MONITORING:
On an ongoing basis, Avatar will monitor the status of links that qualify you for participation in Affiliate Program. Should a link become inactive, your link will be removed from the community directory listing. Failure to restore the link will result in cancellation of program participation privileges.
